I chose this rating because this shake rattle and conforms to the photo and fun for my baby, however, if your child still puts toys in the mouth, this rattle can be dangerous since the fasteners of the bells will unscrew very easily and could choke your baby. Very nice sound for this accordion which is but a toy. Resistant and very handy. A pity that there are no shoulder straps so that the child can hold it more easily.
